General terms of delivery
On this page, you will find all information regarding payment, delivery, returns and service.
Terms of payment
- A new customer’s first order will only be delivered after prepayment.
- Standard payment condition: Payment 30 days net.
- If the payment deadline is not met, NIFA reserves the right to adjust the payment terms.
Shipping- and handling fees
- A handling fee of €15,- will be charged for orders lower than €50,- excluding VAT.
- Shipping and packaging costs will always be charged, also for partial deliveries and back orders.
Additional costs
- Conditioned transport
For products that require conditioned transport, a surcharge will be applied. - Safety surcharge
A safety surcharge will be charged when transporting ADR (dangerous goods). - Tijdzending
Bij tijdzending wordt deze toeslag altijd doorberekend. - E-fee
If NIFA is required by the Customer to run any part of the order processing through a digital platform prescribed by the Customer, NIFA shall be entitled to charge a surcharge of €28 (e-fee) for this additional work.
Returns
- The return of items may only take place after agreement with NIFA and is only possible if the items are unused, undamaged and unopened. Furthermore, the articles must belong to the current stock range of NIFA Technologies.
- A fee will be charged for the return of goods.
Disposal fee
Unfortunately, this is only available for our Dutch customers.
Export documents
- For providing and completing long-term supplier declarations up to 10 items, NIFA charges €100,-. For more than 10 items NIFA charges an additional €7,50 per item.
- For providing and completing COO/EUR1 Nifa charges €150,- per document.
